The Provider Enrollment Associate Lead provides leadership and oversight for a team of Provider Enrollment/Credentialing Associates, assisting the Director to facilitate workflow and ensure credentialing tasks are completed accurately and on time. The role manages Apogee software setup and process improvements, and performs thorough application review and filing to support prompt payment by payors. It serves as the main departmental contact for enrollment-related communications and reporting.
