Provider Enrollment

Under the direction of the Manager, Provider Enrollment, this role completes enrollment and health plan recredentialing applications while maintaining the physician database. The position serves as a resource to providers, practice staff, and health plan representatives regarding healthcare plan participation and status. It involves demonstrating competency in the enrollment process for over 25 affiliated health plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
