Provider Network Manager

This role leads and manages the development and maintenance of Highmark’s provider networks across all lines of business, with a focus on ancillary networks and multi-market providers. The position involves developing innovative reimbursement and care delivery models to control costs, improve quality, and enhance member experiences. It requires overseeing contract negotiations, establishing benchmarks for competitiveness, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement comprehensive network management strategies.
