The Provider Recruiting Associate owns the end-to-end hiring experience for Registered Dietitians, serving as the primary Nourish contact and shaping applicants’ journeys from outreach to offer. The role focuses on refining hiring strategy, improving processes, and driving engagement to increase offer acceptance. This position reports to the Director of Provider Growth and is part of a team dedicated to expanding Nourish’s provider network and mission.
