Provider Relationship Manager

This role serves as the primary relationship owner and executive liaison for strategically aligned provider groups within the Highmark Network, managing and optimizing relationships across large, complex entities. The incumbent supports and executes Value-Based Reimbursement performance improvement initiatives while identifying and driving Total Cost of Care reduction opportunities. The position requires maintaining a highly visible presence in the provider community and collaborating across internal departments and external partners to ensure mutual financial and clinical success.
