Provider Support Specialist

This role supports the Immunization Information Systems (IIS) Unit by processing organization registrations and renewals while ensuring data accuracy and completeness. The position provides technical support to providers and users regarding access to the Immunization Section ecosystem and assists with record management and retrieval of immunization records. Responsibilities include testing system functionality, collaborating with internal teams on access issues, and performing quality assurance checks on provider data.
