PRT - Transition Associate

This role within Banner Life's Retirement division focuses on delivering a world-class customer experience for clients and annuitants during the transition to new pension risk transfer business. The position involves collaborating with internal partners and external clients to obtain and validate annuitant data, manage risks, and ensure timely installation of new business. Key duties include developing communication materials, resolving issues, and effectively reporting to senior management to support the company's goal of securing over 200,000 annual annuitants.
