PSA Compliance Manager

The PSA Compliance Manager oversees the implementation and ongoing compliance with the Interim Final Rule on preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment. This role promotes a culture of safety, proactive risk management, and program excellence while leading quality improvement activities. The manager ensures adherence to federal and state guidelines and serves as the primary liaison with ORR's PSA Coordinator.
