PSA Hobby Concierge Representative, Bleecker

The PSA Hobby Concierge Representative provides world-class customer experience at submission centers in physical hobby shops, assisting customers with questions, intake submissions, and shipping items to headquarters. The role involves improving the hobby submission process, expanding the Collectors footprint at shops, and working with other representatives during busy days or at trade shows. This position requires frequent travel and onsite work at the Bleecker hobby shop in New York City, as well as other events with heavy overtime and weekend work.
