About this role

The Site Manager oversees all Base Operations Support Services at Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia under the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program V. This role ensures operational continuity, safety compliance, and mission readiness by managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and diverse support functions including civil engineering, food services, logistics, and force protection. Reporting to senior leadership, the Site Manager acts as the primary liaison with Government stakeholders to execute contract requirements and maintain high standards across the depot environment.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for all Base Operations Support Services
Manage diverse multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor workforce across multiple service lines
Ensure strict compliance with USAF standards, safety protocols, and contract requirements
Serve as primary liaison between company and Government leadership and functional commanders
Coordinate emergency response activities and maintain uninterrupted mission support capabilities
