PSS (in training)

The PSS (in training) provides hands-on care and services to meet resident needs, coordinating with other staff and implementing interdisciplinary service plans. The role involves observing, documenting, and reporting on residents' activities of daily living to ensure appropriate care levels. The position works under the supervision of an RN and with the guidance of a preceptor to maintain resident well-being.
