Psych Tech-Psychiatric Therapeutic Program Worker (TPW)

UC Health is seeking a Psychiatric Therapeutic Program Worker to maintain a therapeutic milieu and ensure a safe environment for patients on a mixed Geriatric/Psychiatric unit. The role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to perform selected duties under the direction of a Registered Nurse, including monitoring unit safety, managing patient behavior, and providing clinical support. The position also requires co-leading treatment groups, organizing therapeutic activities, and assisting with patient transport and basic psychiatric interventions.
