About this role
Ascend Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatric PA-C or PMHNP to deliver integrated psychiatric and substance use disorder care to patients of community health center partners across the United States. This role is primarily remote and delivered via telemedicine, supporting a patient-centered “no wrong door” model focused on access, equity, and compassionate care. Providers must hold active licensure in their primary state of residence and Oregon.
