Psychiatric Coordination Clinician

CHD is seeking a Psychiatric Coordination Clinician to support assessment, treatment planning, and evaluation for clients receiving psychiatric medication management. The role involves working with adults, children, and families who do not require frequent outpatient therapy, while collaborating with psychiatry providers to maintain treatment plans and provide up-to-date assessments. This position is based in Hampden County with occasional travel between Greenfield, Orange, and Easthampton offices.
