A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing remote, part-time, patient-facing care focused on medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders. The role supports patients’ recovery using harm reduction principles as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, delivering care primarily via telehealth and supported by clinical decision tools and a custom EHR. Clinicians work scheduled shifts (including evening availability) and participate in team coordination and documentation to support ongoing, high-quality care.
