About this role

A Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Residency at Blackbird Health is a 9–12 month, paid program that prepares recent PMHNP graduates to practice as specialists in child and adolescent mental health. The program combines supervised clinical experience, didactic learning, and mentorship within an interdisciplinary outpatient model. Graduates are offered the opportunity to join the Blackbird Clinical Services team for at least two additional years after successful completion.
