About this role

Blackbird Health’s Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Residency is a 9–12 month clinician-led program that prepares recent PMHNP graduates to practice in child and adolescent mental health through supervised clinical experience and didactic training. Residents receive mentorship, a guaranteed salary and caseload, and work in a hybrid model combining telehealth and up to three days per week in an Exton, PA clinic. Upon successful completion, graduates are invited to join Blackbird’s Clinical Services team for at least two additional years.
