Psychiatric Technician

This role provides a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for psychiatric patients while assisting with basic patient care needs. The position involves maintaining a hazard-free environment, conducting patient room searches, and escorting patients to appointments using therapeutic interventions. The incumbent also supports the interdisciplinary treatment team by contributing to patient care plans and facilitating group therapies.
