Psychiatrist (Child or Adult)

This role is for a psychiatrist at LifeStance Health in Norwood, MA, providing outpatient psychiatric care within a multidisciplinary mental health setting. The position emphasizes personalized practice, allowing physicians to set their own schedules and appointment lengths while building a caseload aligned with their interests. Clinicians receive extensive non-clinical support, access to grand rounds, CME, and training in innovative therapies. The work environment is collegial, with opportunities to collaborate with therapists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners and to supervise newly graduated PMHNPs.
