SPG Therapy
This is a full‑time W2, on‑site psychiatrist position in Fargo, ND, working Monday‑Friday with a call rotation of two weekends per quarter. The role involves managing an adult and adolescent inpatient and PHP caseload of 14‑22 patients per day, including admissions, follow‑ups, medication checks, discharges, and treatment team participation. Compensation includes MGMA‑aligned salary, production bonus potential, loan repayment assistance, relocation allowance, CME, PTO, and a full benefits package with malpractice insurance.
