PT Outbound Freight Handler

The PT Outbound Freight Handler is responsible for loading and unloading freight onto and off of equipment, as well as assisting in the recouping of damaged freight. The role involves preparing, sweeping, inspecting, and cleaning trailers before loading, and using safe lifting techniques and proper freight handling equipment. The position requires weighing and dimensioning shipments, planning cube utilization, and verifying hazardous material documentation. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, pass a background check and drug test, and have prior experience as a Forklift Operator, Dock or Warehouse Worker, or Material Handler.
