PT Payroll Specialist

The PT Payroll Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the payroll department, including processing bi-weekly payroll, maintaining time records, and resolving payroll inquiries. The role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, manages payroll deductions and reporting, and supports audit preparation. This position works closely with the Payroll Manager to maintain accuracy and confidentiality while supporting the organization's mission.
