PT Resident Assistant

The Resident Assistant role assists Midland College and Residence Life by fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere for students and staff. RAs are instrumental in building a sense of community among residents through organizing social events, facilitating group activities, and providing initial support and referrals to counseling services. They help Hall Managers address situations in the halls, resolve issues quickly, and ensure a secure environment through regular rounds and enforcement of residence hall policies.
