PT Supportive Housing Coordinator

This full-time or part-time Supportive Housing Coordinator joins Indwell to maintain housing stability for individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health, and/or substance use challenges. The role involves developing personal service plans, coordinating mental health and addiction services, and fostering therapeutic relationships within a trauma-informed, harm reduction framework. Staff will also lead on internal program development, manage unit maintenance protocols like pest control, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
