Public Assistance Generalist

The Public Assistance Generalist serves as a key advisor and subject matter resource supporting clients throughout the FEMA Public Assistance grant process. This role involves interpreting FEMA policies, ensuring program compliance, and assisting stakeholders in the development, implementation, and closeout of disaster recovery projects. The position requires strong technical knowledge of FEMA programs combined with exceptional analytical and stakeholder management skills to help clients maximize recovery outcomes while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
