Public Company D&O Manager

The Public Company D&O Manager is responsible for the underwriting, management, and growth of a portfolio of publicly traded company accounts within the Central Region. The role requires subject matter expertise in Directors & Officers Liability, Fiduciary Liability, and Employment Practices Liability to serve as a key resource for clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders. The position involves delivering sound underwriting decisions and strategic risk management guidance based on deep knowledge of securities litigation trends and corporate governance practices.
