PUBLIC DEFENDER I

The Arkansas Public Defender Commission is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as a half-time Public Defender in the 2nd Judicial District based in Blytheville, AR. This role involves providing legal defense services to indigent clients in criminal cases, including pre-trial motions, trials, plea negotiations, and post-conviction proceedings. The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of adult and juvenile defendants while maintaining constant communication with clients and collaborating with support staff.
