Public Outreach Coordinator

The Public Outreach Coordinator plans, leads, and manages public outreach and engagement activities for Hampton Roads Transit, serving as a central liaison between the agency, community stakeholders, and partner organizations. This role designs and delivers inclusive outreach strategies to inform, engage, and build trust across the region while advancing the agency's mission through meaningful two-way communication. The position acts as a strategic advisor by translating community input into actionable insights to improve service delivery and strengthen public trust.
