About this role

The Public Policy Manager EMEA (Energy) will support Equinix’s engagement on data centre policy issues across the EMEA region, focusing on energy, power markets and grid infrastructure. The role works closely with the Public Policy and Government Affairs team and cross‑functional business groups to develop and advocate evidence‑based policy positions, engage with external stakeholders and provide briefing support to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Develop and advocate policy positions on energy and data center issues
Monitor and analyze EMEA policy and regulatory developments
Engage with policymakers, regulators, and industry stakeholders
Prepare briefings and advocacy materials for senior leaders
Manage external policy consulting firms and ensure consistent positioning
