Public Programs Assistant

The Public Programs Assistant supports the Senior Manager of Public Programs in planning, promoting, and producing a variety of public programs, including lectures, tours, and seminars. This full-time role involves managing ticketing software, assisting with program marketing and outreach, and providing administrative support for the department. The position requires evening and weekend work to ensure the successful execution of events and livestreaming operations.
