Public Safety Dispatcher

The Public Safety Dispatcher works in the communication center of the Public Safety Department, handling telephone and walk‑in service requests, evaluating and dispatching appropriate responses, and activating emergency protocols such as tornado and active shooter alerts. The role includes monitoring access control, CCTV, managing lost‑and‑found services, and maintaining accurate records while providing flexible scheduling for up to 24 hours per week.
