Pull Team Supervisor

The Pull Team Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Pull Team department, ensuring timely and accurate collection of slot machine revenue and compliance with internal control standards. This role involves coordinating staff assignments, appraising performance, and implementing operational improvements through training and technological enhancements. The supervisor also assists with ad hoc projects for the Count Operations Manager and may perform duties of a Soft Count Team Member as needed.
