The Pulmonary Disease Navigator provides patient-centered support, education, and care coordination for individuals with pulmonary disease, facilitating their continuum of care from admission to transition home. This clinical technologist role evaluates cardiopulmonary status and helps patients and families understand treatment plans and follow-up needs. It is an experienced, vocational/technical position requiring prior respiratory therapy experience and licensure.
