Purchase Referred Care Manager

This position supervises the day-to-day activities of the Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) program, overseeing a team of Healthcare Reimbursement Technicians to ensure accurate processing of healthcare claims. The role requires strong leadership and analytical skills to produce detailed billing and operations reports while maintaining compliance with program policies and federal regulations. The incumbent coordinates with internal departments, external providers, and patients to resolve escalated issues and enhance workflow processes.
