Purchasing Agent

This role is responsible for managing the ordering, receiving, storing, distributing, and payment of items while formulating an approved vendor list. The position involves supporting the Executive Chef with food and beverage purchasing to ensure quality and profitability, maintaining inventory controls, and ensuring sanitation and safety standards are met. The role requires accurate administration of invoices, adherence to bookkeeping procedures, and effective communication with kitchen staff and vendors.
