Purchasing Agent

This role is responsible for managing the ordering, receiving, storing, distributing, and payment of items while formulating an approved vendor list. The position supports the Executive Chef in maintaining quality, profitability, and budgeted food and controllable costs through effective inventory control and sanitation compliance. The incumbent ensures accurate administration of invoices, adherence to accounting standards, and timely communication with kitchen staff and vendors.
