Purchasing Agent

This role is responsible for managing the ordering, receiving, storing, and distribution of items while maintaining an approved vendor list. The position supports the Executive Chef in purchasing food and beverage products to ensure quality, profitability, and cost control. The role also involves maintaining inventory controls, ensuring sanitation compliance, and supporting finance and accounting goals through accurate reporting and bookkeeping procedures.
