Purchasing Agent

This role is responsible for managing the ordering, receiving, storing, distributing, and payment of items while formulating an approved vendor list. The position involves assisting the Executive Chef with purchasing food and beverage to ensure quality and profitability, maintaining inventory controls, and ensuring sanitation and safety standards are met. The incumbent will also handle administrative tasks, calculate food and beverage costs, and ensure accurate bookkeeping procedures.
