Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator

The Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator organizes and maintains the spare parts inventory warehouse and assists with procuring paper machine equipment, MRO supplies, office supplies, building materials, mobile equipment, and contractor services for the paper manufacturing facility. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage purchasing needs across all departments within a demanding 24/7 lean environment. The coordinator ensures timely delivery of supplies, manages inventory, and supports negotiations for purchases and contracts.
