Purchasing Contract Officer

The Purchasing Contract Officer provides strategic oversight and continuous improvement of the County’s contract administration and management program. Serving as the subject matter expert for pre- and post-award contract administration, the position collaborates with internal departments and external partners to enhance contract performance and reduce risk. The role involves developing countywide policies, standardized templates, and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant administration under applicable procurement laws and regulations.
