Purchasing Coordinator I

The Purchasing Coordinator I supports day-to-day procurement activities by creating and maintaining purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and tracking order status. This role provides first-line purchasing support, assists with resolving routine invoice and order discrepancies, and partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and Inventory teams to ensure timely and compliant procurement operations. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems.
