Purchasing Department Clerk

This role supports the Purchasing Department by assisting buyers in creating purchasing documents like Requests for Bids and Proposals. The position provides customer service to county vendors, manages vendor distribution lists, and coordinates Bid Opening and Bid Board meetings. The clerk ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as County policies.
