Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator

The Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator supports purchasing activities and coordinates inbound logistics for the Romeoville facility. This role serves as a primary point of coordination between Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, Accounting, suppliers, and carriers to ensure materials are purchased, scheduled, and received accurately and on time. The position manages purchase orders, inbound freight scheduling, documentation, and supplier communications while resolving discrepancies and maintaining inventory records.
