Purchasing Manager

The Purchasing Manager at Bluejack National oversees end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and supplier management, to ensure products and services meet brand, quality, and safety standards while supporting guest experience and margin goals. The role collaborates cross‑functionally with finance, operations, culinary, engineering, and housekeeping teams and leads a purchasing/receiving team.
