Purchasing Manager

Reporting to the General Manager of Parts Operation, this role is responsible for managing the purchasing team, approving domestic sources, and ensuring the timely purchase of quality materials per engineering specifications. The position focuses on achieving team cost savings, monitoring KPIs, and negotiating pricing with suppliers. It involves leading a team of Operational Buyers and collaborating with cross-functional groups to support JCB Service and new product launches.
