Purchasing Manager

The Purchasing Manager directs and oversees all local, regional, and national food procurement programs for Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative, a nonprofit organic farmers' cooperative. This role is responsible for establishing purchasing policies, managing inventory procedures, and building strong relationships with a network of local farms and suppliers. The position requires mentoring a purchasing team, monitoring budgets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent, sustainable supply of high-quality food products.
