About this role

The Purchasing Officer supports the Supply Chain Supervisor in sourcing and purchasing for the Bahrain generator factory and wider business. The role involves converting approved purchase requests into purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing supplier relationships and payments. This position also assists with supplier onboarding, sourcing support, and maintaining compliance with company procurement policies.

Responsibilities

Process purchase requests and create purchase orders in the ERP system
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues
Support sourcing activities and onboard new suppliers with required documentation
