Purchasing Operations Coordinator

The Purchasing Operations Coordinator manages the administrative execution and tracking of purchase orders from placement through final receipt, ensuring accuracy in the GoodDay system and up-to-date delivery timelines. This role serves as the primary point of contact for vendor communication, coordinating with Buying, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth operational flow. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple orders and follow-ups.
