Purchasing Specialist

This role is responsible for the procurement of quality products and services for HCDE, ensuring contracts are complete and compliant with established policies. The position involves processing purchase orders, reviewing bids, and maintaining an electronic database for contracts and supporting documents. The incumbent will work closely with divisions and vendors to manage contract terms, expirations, and renewals while providing excellent customer service.
