Purchasing Specialist

This role manages the complete purchasing cycle for allocated lower-criticality or lower-value Material Requisitions to support budget, schedule, quality, and project execution objectives within a global EPC environment. The position involves conducting all purchasing activities competitively, ethically, and in compliance with applicable requirements while collaborating closely with Engineering and other stakeholders. Key duties include preparing inquiries and purchase orders, coordinating commercial clarifications, and managing supplier performance and contract execution.
